Here you will find people and resources I used on my own personal development journey, taking me from a place of stress, anxiety, and self-doubt to one of feeling calmer, more relaxed, and more confident and competent as a senior leader.

I gained clarity about what was important, learnt how to make better decisions and free myself of the worry, fear and limiting beliefs which had been plaguing my life previously.

This led to better performance at work.  Then the results came, one by one.  Just like miracles.

I am now once again, extremely successful in my role as Head of Newcastle City Learning and in my life in general.  I have achieved the majority of my work and life goals.    But it took some learning, and tenacity to get there.

I share here as my gift to you, many of the people and resources I used on my own journey back to happiness and contentment.
